Look what I found! This is a paint stain on the cap of a isopropyl alcohol bottle. I am thinking Rita Hayworth? Maybe Pauly Girl? Betty Boop with long hair? Or is it more Hawaiian? Should I alert the media? Maybe this is the end of my financial problems!
