The New Dog

Jean came up to my room for what looked like a serious talk. I thought, oh no, she has finally gotten a job in Minnesota and they are moving. Nope. Grecia "Easy Mark" Bocharov was on his way home, excited as all get out, with a 17 month old rottweiller named Layla.

A friend of his is moving to Philadelphia and can't take the dog (so he says) and would Grecia want him? Turns out that ever since Laska arrived Grecia has longed for a real dog. "She is beautiful." he enthused. Jean's serious look came from the fact that she realized this may be taking advantage and a step over the line. Not a problem. Jean knows how to train a dog and Grecia is going to start watching the dog training tapes and my door locks so all is well. As Grecia said, "The dog's name is Layla so it is perfect!"
