OK, perhaps not really. What is a really good idea for people who are likely to be slightly high and in an area where they are unfamiliar with their surroundings? I know! Add a rotary! Something most Californians have never seen before.
I am sure it made sense in the drawing room. Can't wait to see how it works out.

Not a very good picture, but here is the new rotary. There is a pile of dirt in the middle so you cannot see all they way around. Should be a laugh riot.
**** Post Script 6-3-2012 - went by there today and it seems to work pretty well. Perhaps the engineers actually knew more than some broad with no discernible skills knew. Go figure....
