Garden Goal Realized

Price of setting up 5 raised beds with new dirt and wood: A fair amount
Running out to the garden right before dusk to pick dinner: Priceless

Picked all of this (except potato - picked some yesterday tho and they were gooooood) to make some borscht. Being a peasant soup almost anything goes except it must have beets and dill. The mint is for my iced tea after dinner.

Tada. And it was sooooo good.
