At Tommy's: Halloween Day and Night

It was a dark and stormy night...

Actually, it was a perfect night - around 65 degrees and clear.

The crew

The scary house. Jason's friend lost it when a skeleton jumped out of a box and he threw his candy holder and ran and grabbed onto my leg (he barely knows me). A bit traumatic for a 3 year old. The graveyard and the vulture should have clued us in.

And earlier that day:

Apple Hill in Placerville

Cute

On the train - Jason LOVES trains and this was no exception...but not fond of the loud engine.

This place is covered with different apple farms and puts Julian to shame. There are mazes and pony rides and pick your own and trains and you name it as well as every apple concoction you can think of, and of course vendors of various goods, including bugs in plastic - always a crowd pleaser.

About two-thirds of the candy apple variations

And what trip would be complete without head-hole novelty figures?

Hey - Just blog stalking you from Ellie and Tommy's blog. It was great to have you on Halloween. Hope you had fun. If nothing else, Owen's little scare proved for a good story, eh? :)
