Hockey - The Sport That Keeps On Giving

It has been a big week hockey-wise. For fun I went to Pasha, Keith, Jean and Grecia's stick time a few says ago. Tommy and kids stopped by and everyone enjoyed themselves.

The family that skates together....

Pasha in red being rushed by big brother and mom - no pressure

The fans

And later at the Pond...

Then on a bigger scale, Pasha and Grecia's team got to do the National anthem in full gear on the ice with the Ducks and Flyers on New Year's Eve. During the break between periods they had a mini-game. Always fun for junior NHL wannabes.

Some members of Pasha's team with Andreas Lilja (3), Cam Fowler (4), and Bobby Ryan (9)

Pasha sharing the anthem with Corey Perry (10)

Best shot: Pasha (52) on the Jumbotron at the Duck Pond

If you did not know, Tommy's mother-in-law planned a "secret vacation" over New Year's. They were not told the destination until the last minute. It turned out to be Catalina! What fun. But for more on that you will have to go to their blog (see link top left)
