Doing My Bit For Heart Health
I read recently that just standing has heart benefits. The more you stand in a given day is a heart health positive factor independent of other factors. For instance if you sit in your office all day and train for a marathon at night the daily sitting is still a risk factor for heart disease. So every so often during the day I get up from my couch and go over to my treadmill and stand for awhile. I may live forever at this rate.
