Below is a lunch I threw together (What? You don't bring your camera to lunch?) of at least 5 different veggies and a few herbs in a curry sauce to be served over rice. And just to make known to all my non-vegan ways, I threw in a little chicken bouillon and topped it with a dollop of sour cream in lieu of the more traditional yogurt.
And this is a normal vegetable count for every flipping meal. Right now my main producers are: cucumbers, basil, tomatoes, squash, peppers, carrots, onions, beets and green and yellow beans. It is hard to keep up. I have had more borscht since March than I have had my entire life before then.

our garden is pretty much done. we got some carrots yesterday and we've got loads of green tomatos. we used a bag of tomato puree tonite with dinner. yummy!
We had about three tomatoes. :)Clare, your garden turned out the way you'd always dreamed! Remember the Berwyn garden? Yours rivals it. Beth
