Below are a couple of my clubmates who shall remain nameless because, a) I forgot their names and b) they may not want to be IDed. Le Croissant is a fabulous bakery and if I have more than $1.50 next time I will definitely buy something.

Le monde est mon huître
I have a nearish future plan to spend not less than one month and not more than three months in France; likely Paris with side trips. Yes, I realize I have $1.50 in my checking account and < $20 in my savings but that really isn't the point is it? Anyway, to that end I am learning French, enfin, and have found a French club on meetup.com that is local. Who knew?

The owner of the place is French and the food is very true to culture. For instance a sandwich in France is a buttered baguette with one slice of meat, as they are here. A surprise when I bought them in France. L'Americain is piled with stuff, true to our culture.
